How it works
1800 MHz Mobile Phone Repeater Nikrans LCD-400D has a high-tech and very pleasant design, moreover, it is very compact which means that it can be installed practically in every room even without being noticed. It has an extended coverage area. It gives you an opportunity to use this booster for houses, office buildings, shops and hotels with several floors. If the structure of the building where you need to improve mobile signal is too complex, you can use special splitters and additional indoor antennas (a standard set includes one antenna that should be used inside and one antenna that should be installed outdoors to catch at least poor signal of your carrier) which will guarantee better coverage in the rooms that are rather remote from the place where LCD-400D booster box is located.

This thing works GREAT! I went from 1 service to 4 out of 5 bars of service with this thing. However, there are two things you need to know to get that kind of performance.
Firstly, you have to research which bands the booster will boost and compare them to the bands your mobile phone provider uses.
Technical support explained to me that the LCD-400D will amplify calls from the EE operator and 4G Internet at a frequency of 1800 MHz for all operators, and that suits me completely! My friends using different mobile operators now enjoy a good signal in my house enabling calls and improving the Internet for those who use EE.
Secondly, the antenna is directional which means you need to point it in the direction of the tower you are going to be using. If you don't it can drastically affect how well it works.
This specific unit has a higher level of boost than most and I find that my phone works anywhere! The phone repeater covers about 4400 ft², making it an excellent solution for improving signal strength throughout your home.
