Our web-store offers a 3-year warranty for each booster. The return process takes 2-3 weeks.

Please pay attention that each merchant offers its own warranty and return conditions. Read our terms before you make your order. Standard conditions may not be applicable on products with promotional price.

The legislation does not oblige every merchant to establish a return policy. However, our team gives you the opportunity to claim the return and the refund. Our client’s satisfaction really matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought, contact us and we will do our best to solve the problem.

You can return the goods only under the following conditions:

If you receive your booster with defects or damaged, we will replace it for free.  We will send you a new booster without any charges as soon as we receive the defective one back, provided it is available on our stock.

Attention! Please check the condition of your package during the week following its receipt, as well as all the contents of the kit and the presence of all the elements of the equipment required. If you have noticed the incompleteness of the ordered kit or its defectiveness, please contact our support team and we will replace the damaged items or find other solution for you.

We have the right to deny your claim of free change or incomplete equipment if you pass your request later than 1 week from the arrival of your package. We also can refuse the claim for free replacement in case it's highly probable that the booster was damaged (or some equipment was lost) after the customer had received it.

Return policy for customized solutions. We’d like to inform you that the customized solutions provided by our company are non-refundable. We develop these solutions in full accordance with your personal needs and based on the particular frequency bands used by your operators. That’s why the range of cases when these individually created solutions can be returned is quite limited. You can return such a device only if it was damaged during shipping or if it doesn’t work correctly. But please also bear in your mind that our team will always stay by your side. You can contact in case of any issues and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.

We also provide our clients with a paid lifetime warranty. This means that all the necessary spare parts for your booster will be provided free of charge over the entire period of the use while you will have to pay only for repairs. Please contact our Team for more information.
