GSM + 3G Dualband Repeater NS-5000GW is meant for improving quality of both GSM phone calls and 3G Internet. It amplifies GSM voice signals at 900 MHz and 3G at both 900 and 2100 MHz.

How it works
If you need to find a cell phone signal booster that is able to transfer the signal over the area of a really huge building like a shopping mall or a large hotel, 3G Cell Phone Amplifier Nikrans NS-5000GW can be an appropriate choice. Despite its coverage, the device itself doesn’t occupy a lot of space. Its standard kit includes just the same components as boosters with smaller coverage have. Two antennas of the signal repeater should be connected with a booster box via coaxial cables. If cables of a standard length do not suit you, you can customize you order by purchasing longer cables. But be careful! Do not use cables that are not approved by the manufacturer of your device. Short cables
The booster isn’t bad. It really improves poor reception. But the content of the standard kit upset me a lot. The length of the cables which came in the set together with the indoor and outdoor antennas was surprising. The indoor antenna had a 5m cable, and the outdoor one had a 10m cable. It’s strange! Just because the indoor coverage is so vast! So as you can guess, I had to order additional cables to install the device.

Good dualband booster
This is a reliable device. It works at 900 MHz GSM and 2100 MHz frequencies. It supports 3G amplification at both the frequencies. The working principle is very simple. This is a bi-directional device. It catches a signal from the nearest base station, amplifies it and transmits to the mobile phone. Bearing this in mind, it becomes clear, that you need to install the outdoor antenna in such a way that it could catch a signal.

Okay for huge areas
I was hesitant whether to buy it or not, because I didn't believe that this device would solve my problem. However, it did, and I'm absolutely happy about it. The quality of phone calls is good, 3g is speedy, and the whole area of the shopping mall is covered with stable connection. No matter what floor you are on, the reception is strong and uninterrupted.

Not cheap
The booster works smoothly, without any errors. Effectively improves GSM and internet. The reception has become better. The only issue about this device is its price, which is rather high. I know that it is worth it, but still… Well, I have been looking for cheaper analogues but couldn’t find any, therefore this one seemed to be the best variant available.

Expensive but worth it
I agree with people who say that it’s expensive, but I can tell you for sure that the device is worth it. First of all, it covers huge areas, up to 3000, like our shopping center. Moreover, it can be used with several operators and it amplifies signal of different types, i.e. GSM and 3G. Don’t hesitate to buy it! It is my best investment, I don’t regret it at all.

Improved signal

Had some issues
After the installation some issues occurred. The Alarm LED went red and this meant that some problems were caused by the improper installation. We called the manager and he helped to solve the situation.

Short cable for outdoor antenna
Everything is perfect in this device except the cables. They are too short, especially the one for the external antenna. It’s only 10 meters, while the indoor coverage of the amplifier is 32 300 ft2. It was impossible for us to install the booster with this cable, so we had to buy some extra.

The best booster

Safe and reliable

High quality
I have been using this amplifier at my restaurant for a few months already, and now the time has come to share my opinion about it. The indoor coverage is more than just sufficient - 3000 m2. The booster is designed to improve voice connection and 3G mobile internet. And here I’d like to mention the one and only minus – the device doesn’t improve 4G, and it’s such a pity. The device supports only 2100 Mhz and 900 Mhz bands.

More than I expected

For huge areas
The main advantage of this model is that it’s suitable for huge areas. Personally I bought it for the entertainment center, which belongs to our family. The level of mobile signal there was awful because of thick concrete walls. So what can I say? This is a really powerful amplifier. Recommended for big buildings
Bought it for the shopping premises I own. The level of mobile signal there used to be very low. In some parts of the building the phone failed to catch any signal at all. With the booster the phones shows 3-4 bars in the “black spots” and 4-5 bars in places with weak reception.
