Nikrans Signal Booster: Rural Connection Solved!
I am very pleased with the Nikrans cell phone signal booster. We live in a brick building in a rural area and the closest EE tower is 5 kilometers away. Prior to installing the booster we had one bar of cell phone signal most of the time, had to stand in a certain area to make a call, were unable to reliably send photos via text, etc.The installation was spelled out well in the manual. But Kate with Tech support helped me tremendously. Helped me find the correct direction for my antenna. That was key!
All items shipped as expected in the box. Installation requires some planning but all the parts were in the box, fit together and everything worked as advertised. We now have 2-3 bars of signal throughout most of the house. Hard to believe what a difference it has made.
Building a house now and will be purchasing the larger unit once we need it.
Customer service has been outstanding. Without asking I have received texts or emails inquiring as to whether or not I had a problem or questions.
