Got rid of terrible Internet

Only Nikrans!

This was my first experience in using mobile signal phone repeaters. I can say that it was positive enough. I bought Nikrans NS-150GD for my house located in the highlands where the level of signal is very low. We practically had no voice communication in the village. It was difficult to make and receive calls. With this booster the situation is completely different. The device provides stable signal and ensures effective voice communication. Due to it, I no longer have to recall, and get nervous about poor signal. I really liked the device and the company supplier. I will buy more here! Nothing special

If you are waiting for something extraordinary from this device, you are most likely to be disappointed. There isn’t anything special about it. It’s just a simple booster, which improves GSM and 3G. It’s not suitable for 4G amplification. The indoor coverage is up to 450 m2, so you can’t use it inside large premises. There are only two working frequencies – 900 MHz and 2100 MHz. So, in my opinion, it’s better to pay more and to choose a tri-band booster.

Would recommend

The metal inside my house’s walls killed almost all of the possible signal waves before they could even get to my devices. However, the signal booster helped me with this issue, because it catches the better quality signal waves outside and distributes them inside so that they don’t have to pass through walls before they can be caught. This booster model is a good and reliable device that I would recommend to people who have similar problems and house walls.

I love it

It’s Really Smart

This is much more than I’ve expected. Advantages: huge indoor coverage, five working frequencies, compact size and nice design, full set, and even a free lightning surge protector, which I’ve received on promotion. As for the disadvantages, so far I’ve noticed only one - short cable for the outside panel antenna. 10 m wasn’t enough for my place, so I ordered additionally.

No mountings in the set

Good for rural areas

My parents live in the village. It’s about 40km away from the city. The mobile signal there is very poor. So we decided to install a booster. Initially, they wanted a model which improves only voice connection, as they practically didn’t use mobile internet, but I insisted on LCD-300GW, and I don’t regret about it, as my children and I use 3G connection every time when we are in the village. The device works very well. Everyone is happy with it!

Betters Weak Signal

The device is effective. I use it for bettering 4G, as GSM is more or less okay in my region. The mobile internet now is enough for me to read some news, upload photos, although the videos are loading too slowly for me.

2 bands

This booster is very simple, nevertheless it’s effective at the same time. I bought it for my friend, as he often complained about poor mobile signal at his countryside house. The coverage of 350 m2 is enough for his medium-sized house. The booster works at two frequencies at a time – 900 MHz and one of standard LTE bands 2600MHz or 800MHz. So you may choose and it’s great. My friend is happy about the result!

Boosts signal well

The device improves poor GSM and 3g signal both in cabins and on several decks. Yes, we added three more antennas as I were afraid that the level of amplification on several decks and rooms would be lower than I wanted, but now I think that it must have been enough. The booster is able to receive signal at the distance of up to 40km from the coastline. Thanks to an omnidirectional antenna the repeater receives signal in 360° degrees from the nearest providers’ antennas. One more advantage is that no matter how many people are using the booster, it improves weak signal for an unlimited number of users. I like it!

Perfect Service

Good for a village

Believe it or not, but after I had bought this booster, all my neighbours did the same. We live in the village with poor mobile coverage and with this amplifier the quality of voice connection is much better, although not perfect.

Useless manual

I have to admit that the user manual in the standard set was absolutely useless. I had to call the manager in order to understand how this thing should be installed and how it works. Fortunately, there is protection against self-excitation, which significantly reduces the likelihood of a shut-down. Otherwise, I might have problems.

I have tried so many devices, so many amplifiers and antennas, but only this one really helped and changed the coverage for the better. It’s very simple and reliable at the same time. Doesn’t support some UK operators

The booster works at two frequencies - 800 MHz and 2600 MHz and still it isn’t compatible with some UK networks. I mean it doesn’t work with Talk Mobile and The People’s Operator. And one more thing - it doesn’t amplify GSM, only 4G/LTE. So I think it’s better to pay a bit higher price and to purchase a tri-band or even penta-band device.

For huge areas

The main advantage of this model is that it’s suitable for huge areas. Personally I bought it for the entertainment center, which belongs to our family. The level of mobile signal there was awful because of thick concrete walls. So what can I say? This is a really powerful amplifier. It successfully improved GSM and 3G signals all over the area of the center, which is, by the way, practically 3 000 m2.

A missing cable

Short cables

The booster isn’t bad. It really improves poor reception. But the content of the standard kit upset me a lot. The length of the cables which came in the set together with the indoor and outdoor antennas was surprising. The indoor antenna had a 5m cable, and the outdoor one had a 10m cable. It’s strange! Just because the indoor coverage is so vast! So as you can guess, I had to order additional cables to install the device.

I wasn’t attentive enough when I was choosing a booster for my house, and I didn’t pay much attention to the fact that this booster works only at 900 MHz band, so it is able to improve only calls and not the mobile internet. It's suitable for crowded places

I'm the manager in a bank branch and this model has been recently installed in my branch because the 3g Internet or stable cell-calls were impossible due to the bank's location which was a great issue for both customers and my employees.
