Not cheap but effective

Can’t say anything bad

I ordered this repeater for my home for voice, 3G and 4G improvements. After the consultation from the manager I ordered the model that supports all of my operator’s frequencies. This model was NS-2500GD. And I got what was promised and what I expected from it. The installation was rather simple, but took time as I had to figure out how and where to fix the antennas especially outdoors. I don’t have to tune the repeater myself, and it’s good, because I don’t know how.

Compatible with all UK networks

I like this device very much. We installed it in the hotel and it improved poor coverage. One of the main factors when choosing the model for us was its compatibility with all UK operators. Excellent solution for our office

It is a very good model for offices. Though even after placing an order we were not sure whether it was a good option to solve our signal problems, our opinion has changed greatly just after we installed this device. For GSM Only

I was tempted with the small indoor coverage of the device and didn’t notice that the booster improves only calls/GSM for EE. So I had to change it for the one which boosts both GSM and 3G. If you need to amplify poor 3G or 4G – look attentively at the frequency bands of your operator and those of the booster.

Has been working great

I recently bought a house in the country! Turns out I am right on the edge of my cell phone's ability to connect. About the only way I could get a signal would be to go out on the front porch, and even then it was 1 bar at best. The installation of this booster was quite easy, especially since my house was already wired with coaxial cable throughout. Overall the device has definitely helped to improve my reception, but I'm disappointed with my cell phone service in this area. Unfortunately, the other choice (O2) doesn't seem to be much better by words of my neighbor who has installed the same booster.

Compact

This is a booster for large areas. Nevertheless, it’s compact and doesn’t take much space in the premises. It isn’t heavy. The only issue for me was the short cables in the standard kit, but I managed to change them for longer ones.

For 5 bands

Now I see why the amplifier is called multi - it works perfectly with five frequencies (900 MHz and 1800 MHz for GSM, 2100 MHz and 900 MHz for 3G, and 800 MHz, 2600 MHz and 1800 MHz for 4G/LTE Internet). So as you can guess it’s compatible with multiple operators. Perhaps, the coverage area could have been larger a bit, but that’s not a significant drawback.

Be aware of self-excitation

At startup, I faced the problem of self-excitation despite the fact that the outdoor antenna was already on the roof. As it turned out, the problem was in a small section of the cable, where it went next to the cable from the TV antenna, as a result, part of the emitted signal to the external antenna of the repeater, via the TV cable, returned to the room where the indoor unit stood. Plus, an unnecessary turn of the outer cable near the antenna could affect, which added inconsistencies and reflections. Fortunately, when I fixed all the bugs, everything became all right.

Mostly for GSM and 3G

Doesn’t improve 4G

Bought it to improve poor GSM and 4G in the office. But unfortunately, the model isn’t suitable for 4G, it betters only 3G and voice connection. I think I will change it.

Improves slow Internet

High price

In my opinion, this booster costs too much. Perhaps, the high price is due to the large coverage area and three frequency bands supported by the device. But in any case, it’s pricy! Helped me a lot

Significantly improves weak signal

No more signal problems

I’m pleased with the product. My husband installed it himself. We mounted the outdoor antenna on the roof and the inside antenna was placed in the hall. Big improvement in cell service

I have a detached building with a metal roof which I use for entertaining. But there were no cell service inside. I installed this booster in less than an hour and I not only have cell service, but internet connection as well. Bottom line - it's pricey enough, but if you have decent to good signal outside, but crappy signal inside, then this will really help!

Powerful enough for large areas

I’d like to share my experience of using this triband booster with you. The product came to my place rather fast, with all necessary mountings and equipment. My brother and I installed it with the help of support team managers, who provided detailed instructions on the phone. First we placed the outdoor antenna outside the window, but when later we installed it on the roof the reception became even better. We had to take two more antennas and splitters to rebroadcast the signal around the whole building. I think that this model is one of the most efficient and professional among the repeaters available at the website.

Got what I wanted

Strengthens the signal even in my village with very weak network signal. I had to go outside in order to make a call and now the quality of voice connection is stable in the house.
